What happens if my subscription payment fails?
Firstly, an email will be sent to you, notifying you about the payment failure. A link to update your payment information is provided, if needed.
If your payment fails, an attempt will be made to collect amount owed 3 days, 5 days and 7 days after the failed payment.
If the payment still cannot be collected after day 7, your subscription will be paused.
When your subscription is paused, your quota will be set to 0 and you will not be able to user the API until your subscription has been restarted.
